Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo

Le Salon by Maison Moghadam

Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo — 2026

In collaboration with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, Maison Moghadam was invited to imagine a new space within the Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo — a private salon at the heart of the emblematic Casino de Monte-Carlo.

Conceived as a contemporary boudoir, Le Salon offers guests a more exclusive way to experience Buddha-Bar. Sheltered from view, the space brings together the signatures of the house: exceptional materials, unexpected colour, and a refinement that never announces itself.

Le Salon is an encounter between two Monegasque houses, each with its own savoir-faire, sharing a single conviction: that art de vivre is above all a matter of atmosphere.

Light & Surface

A Permanent Dusk

Burnt orange, lacquered green, brushed gold — layered against a kimono-inspired wallcovering by Arte, and softened by pleated shades that hold the evening light.

The Objects

Ceramics & Curiosities

A vase of glazed koi against watered silk, cool to the touch and warm under the lamps — objects chosen for the hand as much as the eye.

Passementerie

The Art of Trimming

Velvet drapes in bordeaux and forest green, caught with braided cords and heavy silk tassels — passementerie in the tradition of the great ateliers.

The Textiles

Velvet & Fringe

Saffron velvet, cut jacquard, silvery moiré, edged in gold fringe — every cushion was cut and sewn in our atelier in Monaco.

The Aperitif

Set for the Evening

Cool marble underhand, every material selected to engage the senses — from plush velvets and tactile woven fabrics to natural stone and a rich palette of burnt amber and jewel tones.

The Tableware

The tableware was designed by Maison Moghadam through its brand Marbellous, punctuating the tables with pieces of natural onyx — each one unique, shaped by the stone itself.

The Table

Composed Like a Still Life

Onyx vessels beside bronze candlesticks, on a cloth woven with dragons — every setting arranged with the same intention as the room around it.
